Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges or canes.
Spray the potatoes with cooking oil and season them with garlic, powder, cayenne, salt and pepper.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Place the sweet potato in the air fryer basket and follow the appliance’s instructions for around 10 minutes.
Shake the air fryer basket halfway through.
Remove when golden brown and crispy.
Serve with a creamy garlic dip or ketchup.
