
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a 9-inch x 5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, psyllium husk, baking powder and salt. Whisk to combine.
Add the remaining ingredients. The order doesn’t matter. Using a spatula or a spoon, stir until well combined. Set aside 10 minutes to let the fiber fully absorb the liquid.
Use your hands to knead the dough for about 1-2 minutes. Shape it and transfer into the loaf pan.
Bake for 50-55 minutes in the oven’s center.
After 50 minutes, prick the center of the loaf with a skewer and if it comes out clean, it’s ready. If not, cover the loaf pan with a piece of foil, reduce heat to 375 F and keep baking until cooked in the middle.
Lift the bread out of the pan using the parchment paper. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
